EMS is a very effective solution for your workout. Our training sessions are quite intense. However, due to the simultaneous stimulation of all major muscle groups and the intense level of muscle contraction achieved, our customers achieve with one 20 minute session per week more results than with several weekly conventional gym sessions.

EMS training is perfect for people like you. Not only do you avoid the risk of injuring yourself when starting to work out again, as no heavy weights are involved, but you also require much less time. In fact, only 1 to 2 sessions of 20 min is enough for you to get in shape and grow your muscles, making it so much easier to fit your workout into your busy schedule.

IS EMS DANGEROUS?
Absolutely not. The risk of harming yourself in an EMS Training session is much less than in conventional strength training, as no heavyweights are being used. Also, each session is conducted by a qualified trainer with special EMS training from Glucker Kolleg Germany.
How soon will I see the results?
You’ll feel a difference after your first workout. As your body releases endorphins and as most major muscle groups in your body have been activated, you will experience increased physical awareness, resulting in an improved posture. After a day or two, you’ll feel some muscle stiffness, which is normal and is indicative of your body’s recovery process. Within a period of about 4 weeks, you’ll feel stronger and different muscles will improve to coordinate movements more effectively. After roughly 6 to 8 sessions (6 to 8 weeks) you will not only feel but also see a visible difference from the training in the form of gradually increased muscle formation and a possible reduction in body fat (depending on your diet). As with conventional training, EMS training should be done regularly to ensure and maintain optimal results.
How many times should I train?
In order to achieve the most effective results for muscular adaptation and physical functioning, your body needs time to rest and recover. Depending on the assessment of our trainer and your individual plan it is recommended to have one to two sessions per week.
Does it hurt?
No, any type of physical training is an activity that requires you to get out of your comfort zone, but never to hurt you! EMS training is performed at high-intensity levels for a period of 20 minutes. During training, low-frequency impulses stimulate your muscles while you perform specific exercises. You will always work with a personal trainer, who will adjust your individual training settings according to your training level.
